1. Trace the lines of pattern onto a sheet of metal
2. Cutting the edges to trim in to a shape
3. Compare the size of metal onto the laser cut pattern and allow extra 10mm on each ends for the metal to shrink.
4. Check both length and height and adjust to cut if needed.
5.I decided to work on the left side of tank, shaping the edges by hammering with metal mullet with sand bag on the surface of a table.
6. Metal is beginning to shrink inside and repeat the process of shrinking and extending the metal to shape into its form.

10. Final assembly

8. We assembled three pieces together
9. Used wooden mallet to shape the forms by laying metal patten on to wooden pattern
10. Final assembly
