The Blister

 Week 5: The Blister

The Blister template is cut by a large electronic machine that is operated by Grasshopper program, students then were required to sand the edges of inner blister.

Place a trimmed metal sheet cut to match the size of a template and screw the corners with nuts and bolts.

Make sure the screws are tightened up with pliers.

I began to hammer them with a plastic mullet focusing on the wide areas and used the tools to hit the edges.

As I reached the top of blister where it became very narrow, I changed to another tool that can fit into the small corner.

I have used the pointy wooden blocks to level the edges by hammering them left and right.
